Terms of Service for TrueTime for Jira

These terms govern your use of TrueTime for Jira (“TrueTime”), built by Infralicious (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@infralicious.com

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TrueTime within your Atlassian Jira instance, subject to these terms and your subscription tier.

2. Subscription Tiers

Free tier: Up to 10 users, full features, no time limit.

Paid tier: ~$2.99 per user per month (11-100 users). Billed via Atlassian Marketplace.

Trial: 30-day free trial of paid features. No credit card required. After 30 days, you revert to the free tier unless you subscribe.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract TrueTime’s source code
  • Use TrueTime to violate any law or regulation
  • Interfere with the operation of TrueTime or Atlassian’s platform
  • Resell or sublicense TrueTime without our written permission

4. Data

Your time tracking data is stored as native Jira worklogs in your Jira instance. You retain full ownership. We claim no rights over your data.

On cancellation: export your data via CSV/Excel before uninstalling. After uninstall, app preferences are deleted. Jira worklogs remain.

5. Service Availability

TrueTime runs on Atlassian’s Forge platform. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Atlassian platform outages are outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • TrueTime is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for data loss in Jira (your Jira admin controls backups)

7. Support

Email support@infralicious.com. We aim to respond within 1 business day. Paid subscribers receive priority support.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or cancelling your Marketplace subscription. We may suspend service for violation of these terms, with 30 days notice except for serious abuse.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via the Marketplace listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
